Staff Accrual Balances Report

Run the Accrual Balances report to view staff accrual balances for personal, sick, and vacation time. It lists all staff's accrual balances on one continuous list:

To run the Accrual Balances report:

  1. Log on to the School or District view.
  2. Click the Attendance tab.
  3. Click the Staff Roster or Staff History side-tab.
  4. On the Reports menu, click Accrual Balances. The Accrual Balances pop-up appears:

  1. Use the following table to enter information in the fields:

    Description

    School

    This is the school you are running the report for.

    Start date

    Type or select the start date for the report.

    Staff members to include

    Use this drop-down to select which staff members to include.

    Search value

    If you selected bargaining unit at the Staff members to include field, type the name of the unit.

    Criteria

    For each accrual type code you want to include in the report, you must select an operator and a value.

    For example, assume you want to find out which staff members have had more than 5 personal days. Select an Accrual type code of Personal, an Operator of Greater than, and in the Value box, type 5.0.

    Then, you can select another accrual type code, operator, and value.

    Sort results by

    Use this drop-down to determine how you'd like to sort the report results.

    Format

    Use this drop-down to select the report format.

  1. Click Run to run the report.
