Average Daily Attendance

Run the Average Daily Attendance report to view, by grade level, students' enrollment and attendance statistics:

At the end of each grade level, this report lists subtotals for each of the categories:

To run the Average Daily Attendance report:

  1. Log on to the School view.
  2. Select Attendance > Daily History.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Average Daily Attendance. The Average Daily Attendance pop-up appears.
  4. Enter the report parameters.
