Completing Forms

Depending on your district's settings, you can complete and submit forms, such as the Student Registration form, in the New Portal.

To complete a form:

  1. Log on to the New Portal.

  2. If you have more than one student, use the drop-down to select the student you want to complete the form(s) for.

  3. Tap Forms. The forms screen lists the form(s) available for you to complete.

  1. Tap New or Resume to open the form.

  2. Follow the instructions to complete and submit the form.

    Notes:

    • Click the Back button to exit the form and return to the Forms screen.

    • You can view a form you submitted by tapping View.
