- Jobs: Create jobs and scheduled jobs to pre-determine the parameters of reports, exports, imports, or procedures. Jobs can also be used to schedule these tools to run at certain times, on certain days, or at certain intervals.
- Reports: Define and run system reports.
- Procedures: Run a procedure for general data manipulation. Some procedures can be run directly, while others are used as part of other Aspen functionality, such as running GPAs, calculating credits, and reporting data to the state.
- Exports: Use exports to compile data from Aspen to be used for reporting purposes. You can also customize the default formats and default fields of an export.
- Imports: You might need to import data or a tool bundle into Aspen.
- Tool History: View a record of the changes users made to imports, exports, procedures, and reports.
- Queries: Create a query for accessing Aspen data via a third-party application.
- Results: View an export’s results.
- Data Interchange: View incoming/outgoing data requests.
- Quick Charts: Create graphical representations of data points.
- At Risk: Set up criteria to identify students whose success at school might be at risk.
- Subscriptions: Define email list subscriptions.
- Templates: Customize and design detail pages.
- Failed Job Alerts: Get email notifications when your scheduled job fails.
